Terms of service

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Digital Macaroni LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as GrowLiveThrive, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“GrowLiveThrive”, “we”, “us”). They cover the GrowLiveThrive website (growlivethrive.com), the free mobility test and the 30-Day Mobility Reset (app.growlivethrive.com), together “the Service”. By taking the test, buying the Reset or otherwise using the Service, you agree to them. Our privacy policy and cookie policy form part of these terms.

Please read the “Disputes and arbitration” section carefully. If you live in the US, it requires most disputes to be settled by individual binding arbitration instead of in court, and it waives class actions and jury trials. You can opt out within 30 days.

Not medical advice

The mobility test and the Reset give general fitness and movement guidance. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they don't replace your doctor or physiotherapist. Your mobility score is a guide, not a medical measurement. Check with a doctor before starting if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an injury, recent surgery, are pregnant, or have any condition that could be affected by exercise. Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. The Service is not an emergency service: if you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Your health and your risk

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You choose whether, how and where you do each movement, you make sure the space around you is clear and safe, and you know your body best. To the extent the law allows, you take part at your own risk and accept the risks of the activities you choose to do. Nothing in this section limits our liability where the law says it can't be limited.

Your coach

Your coach's voice is generated by AI. It talks you through the test and each session based on what your phone's camera measures. Like any automated system it can mishear you, misread a movement or get something wrong, so go by how your body feels and don't rely on it for decisions about your health.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and able to enter this agreement. Your account is the email you paid with; you sign in with that email and your password, a link we email you, or a passkey (Face ID or fingerprint) on your device. Keep your sign-in secure, don't share it, and tell us at hello@growlivethrive.com if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

Buying the 30-Day Mobility Reset

Money-back guarantee

Do the work and if you don't move better, you get your money back. To qualify, you must:

We then refund the full amount you paid, including tax, to your original payment method, and your access ends. Outside these conditions, and except where the law requires otherwise, all sales are final.

UK, EU and EEA buyers

You normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. At checkout you ask us to give you access straight away and confirm that you understand you lose that 14-day right once your access starts. The money-back guarantee above still applies to you, and nothing here affects your other rights as a consumer, such as if the Reset doesn't work as described.

Using the Service fairly

The Reset is for your own personal use. You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

Our content and feedback

The Service and everything in it, including our sessions, videos, coaching, scoring, software, designs, text and the GrowLiveThrive name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the parts you're entitled to, for as long as you have access. No other rights pass to you. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without paying you or owing you anything.

Other services we rely on

The Service relies on other providers, such as hosting, payments, email, sign-in, app stores and your device and network. They run under their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or for what they do outside our control.

Changes to the Service

We keep improving the Service and may change, replace or remove features. If you've bought the Reset, you keep the 30 sessions, your coach, your progress tracking and the Day 30 retest described above.

Warranty disclaimer

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, that every measurement, score or piece of coaching will be accurate, or that it will work on every device. Some places don't allow these disclaimers, so some of them may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE FIRST CLAIM, OR $100. These limits apply whatever the legal theory. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, from claims by other people that arise because you broke these terms or the law, or misused the Service.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to close it, at any time. We can suspend or close it if you seriously break these terms, such as by sharing access or copying our content, or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Closing an account doesn't give a refund except under the money-back guarantee or where the law requires. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and disputes, keep applying after your account ends.

Disputes and arbitration

This section applies if you live in the US. It does not apply if you live in the UK, EU or EEA; see “Governing law” below.

Talk to us first. Before starting a claim, email hello@growlivethrive.com with the subject “Legal Dispute Notice”, saying who you are, the email on your account, what happened and what you're asking for. We will both try in good faith to settle it for 30 days. Time limits for bringing the claim pause during those 30 days, to the extent the law allows.

Binding individual arbitration. If it isn't settled, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service, including whether this section applies, will be decided by binding arbitration administered by JAMS before one neutral arbitrator, under its rules in force at the time, and the JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Hearings can be held by video or phone, or in person in the county where you live or another place we agree. Your share of arbitration fees will be no more than those standards allow, and we pay the rest. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, and either of us may ask a court for an urgent order to protect intellectual property, data or account security.

No class actions or jury trials. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative action, and the arbitrator may not combine claims or award relief to anyone else. To the extent the law allows, you and we both waive any right to a jury trial. If this class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court, after any arbitration has finished, and the rest of this section still applies.

Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@growlivethrive.com from the email on your account, with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”, within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms. Opting out doesn't affect anything else in these terms.

Changes. If we change this section, the change won't apply to a dispute either of us already gave notice of.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn't arbitrated goes to the state courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the federal courts in Wyoming. If you live in the UK, EU or EEA, you keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

General

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before the change takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
