Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data GrowLiveThrive collects, why, who we share it with and what you can do about it. It covers this website (growlivethrive.com), the free mobility test and the 30-Day Mobility Reset (app.growlivethrive.com).
Who we are
GrowLiveThrive is run by Digital Macaroni LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as GrowLiveThrive, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). We decide how and why your personal data is used, so we are responsible for it (its “controller”). Contact us at hello@growlivethrive.com.
What we collect
- Your mobility test: the coach you pick, the first name you tell your coach, whether you're a woman or a man (or rather not say), your age range, and your results: your score, level, stiffness type and how each pose went. Your email unlocks your report, and we save it with your results.
- Purchases: your email and what you bought, when. Our payment provider handles your payment; we never see or store your card number.
- Your sessions: your progress through the Reset, such as your daily results, streak and Day 30 retest.
- Camera: the test and sessions use your phone's camera to measure your movement. The video is analysed on your own phone. It is never recorded, sent to us or stored; only the results leave your phone.
- Microphone and voice: you can talk to your coach. What you say is sent securely to a speech and AI provider to understand and answer you while you talk. We don't keep recordings.
- Sign-in: your email and password, which our sign-in provider stores encrypted so we never see it. If you sign in with Face ID or a fingerprint, that stays on your device; we only receive a key that confirms it's you.
- Messages to us: if you email us, we keep the email and our reply.
- How you use the site: with your OK, analytics tools record the pages you visit, where you came from (such as a video link), the buttons you tap, the steps of the test and checkout you reach, and a replay of how you scroll and click. See our cookie policy. Separately, when you open checkout or pay, our server notes that it happened, tied to that checkout and not to your name or email, so we can count sales.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device, which our hosting provider logs to keep the site running and secure.
Health data
Your test and session results describe how you move, and some laws treat that as health data (such as “consumer health data” in Washington State and Nevada, and “special category” data in the UK and EU). We collect it only when you choose to take the test or a session, which is your consent, and use it only to give you your results and your sessions. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and share it only with the service providers listed below that help us run the Service. You can withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it at any time.

We may also use de-identified, combined statistics that can't reasonably be linked to you, for example to see how mobility scores change over 30 days across everyone, to improve the Service.
We do not sell or share your personal information, including as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use your test or session results for advertising. We don't make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based only on automated processing.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run GrowLiveThrive, each bound by a written agreement that limits their use of your data to providing their service to us:
- Cloud hosting, database and sign-in providers.
- Our payment provider.
- An email delivery provider, for your report, sign-in links and receipts.
- Speech and AI providers, for your coach's voice.
- A content delivery network, for our images and videos.
- Analytics providers, only with your consent. Our cookie policy names them.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a buyer if our business is sold or reorganised, who would have to keep protecting it under this policy. A list of our providers by name is available on request.
We are based in the US, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where we transfer data from the UK or EU, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum to them.
How long we keep it
We keep your test results and account while you use GrowLiveThrive, and delete them from our active systems within 30 days of you asking us to. Purchase records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Analytics data is kept under each analytics provider's retention settings.
Security
We encrypt data in transit, limit who on our side can access it, and use established providers to store it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Your rights
You can delete your account and progress yourself in the app, under You. Depending on where you live, you can also ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email hello@growlivethrive.com from the email on your account so we can confirm it's you. We'll reply within a month (45 days in US states that allow it), and it's free. If we turn down your request, you can ask us to reconsider, and if you're in a US state that gives you a right to appeal, reply to our answer and we'll respond to your appeal as that law requires.
California and other US states: you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to limit how we use sensitive data, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. An authorised agent can make a request for you with your signed permission.
UK and EU: you can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.
Browser signals: because we don't sell or share personal information for advertising, a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal doesn't change anything further. You control analytics through our cookie choices.
Age
GrowLiveThrive is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find we have.
Changes
We'll post any change here with a new date. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.
