We want growlivethrive.com, the free mobility test and the 30-Day Mobility Reset to work for people with a broad range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

• Keyboard access, a “skip to content” link and visible focus outlines.
• Clear headings, labels and page structure for screen readers.
• Text that zooms with your browser, and colour contrast we check as we build.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and large buttons that are easy to tap.
• Your coach speaks each step out loud, so you don't need to watch the screen while you move.

What we know isn't perfect yet

The test and sessions measure your movement with your phone's camera, so they need you to be able to get into view of it and try each movement. If a movement isn't right for your body, skip it and tell us; we'd rather hear about it.

Tell us the page or feature and what you need, and we'll reply as soon as we reasonably can. Some parts, such as checkout and sign-in with Google or Apple, are run by other providers; tell us about those too and we'll work with them or find another way.
